The concept is that this represents a stream of consciousness. The oil is a metaphor for information. The right kind of information can fuel, ignite and feed the human mind, life, and art. The letters that ‘flow’ out may just look like a flow of oil from a distance but on closer inspection form words and sentences, quotes and thoughts that allow the observer the opportunity to look at things from a different point of view,or simply evoke an emotional response.
